Our goal is to gradually increase the role of youth participation in decision-making processes.
Our mission is the realization and protection of economic, social and cultural rights and freedoms, the development of youth activism and initiatives.
Since September 22, 2025, the foundation has been included in the Thematic Working Group "Strengthening the role of youth in politics and decision-making" within the framework of the EU Foundation for the Development of Civil Society in Central Asia, implemented by UNOPS in partnership with the DIHR.

To achieve this goal, our foundation is engaged in research and development of recommendations, the implementation of specific projects for young people, as well as advocacy for their interests in the digital space.

Analysis of the initiative to ban registration in social networks for persons under 16 years of age
From January to March 2026, the Voice of Youth Foundation worked on a policy document, which became the first in the country to include the opinion of not only the parent and expert community on this initiative, but also the minors themselves, who may be affected by the planned ban.
As part of the study, a survey was conducted among the population to find out their opinion about this initiative, which was completed by more than 1,410 respondents.

Report on the situation in the field of youth policy in Central Asia at the V Annual EU-Central Asia Civil Society Forum, which was held from January 28 to January 30, 2025.

The Foundation advocates for the protection of the rights of children and youth, assists in the implementation of state youth policy, and presents initiatives and projects on consulting platforms, working groups in the akimat, TV shows and the media on behalf of the youth community.
On October 15, 2022, a differentiated payment in public transport was launched in the city of Karaganda, and thus the rights of all children living in the city, i.e. more than 100,000 people, were violated.
From November 5 to November 11, the director of the Voice of Youth Foundation conducted a survey among young people and the parent community. After receiving responses from more than 3,700+ people, on December 1, 2022, a report was presented to the working group of the city maslikhat on "Preferential travel for children in public transport."
On January 19, 2023, the city's leadership supported the initiative.
On May 1, 2023, the project was launched on the basis of the Detsky tariff at the expense of the regional and city budgets.

On April 7, the foundation sent an appeal to the Ministry of Education containing information about the study, which identified a common position among students, parents, and youth.
Videos of the foundation's performances on social media on this topic have gained more than 10,000,000 views.
On August 25, 2023, the Deputy Prime Minister issued a statement that "the ministry's decision was justified, but hastily" and canceled the extension of the academic year.
